Part of the global Workday implementation program, ensuring a smooth transition from ATS's Talentlink and Taleo into Workday recruitment. Defining recruitment migration strategy, integrations, trainings, adoption and advising on Rework and improvements in the Recruitment process.
In addition: fully integrate and replace Workday Application form into Rabobank.jobs, including integration of Questionnaires. Result: reducing applicant dropoff from -65% to -22%
